At LeBakery, we enjoy customizing our creations…for all of life’s celebrations! As a full-service bakery, no detail is too small. We invite you to meet with a helpful member of the staff to create the perfect cake for any occasion. Consider:
- What’s the event? Once we designed a cupcake with a very special question written on top. The clever groom-to-be proposed right here in LeBakery.
(She said “Yes!”) More commonly, our customers celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, 1st birthdays, graduations, baptisms, first communions, confirmations, baby gender reveals, showers, good report cards, promotions, and of course, weddings.
- What shape, size and flavor? Depending on how many servings are needed, choose a 7, 8, or 9-inch round, two-layer cake for up to 16 people. Larger sizes are available for more servings. Sheet cakes come in 1/4 (9 X 13 inches), 1/2 or full sheet serving up to 96. Unique shapes can be fun, too (check out the picture gallery). Flavors include white, chocolate, marble, carrot cake, red velvet, lemon, strawberry…or tell us your favorite. We’ll make every effort to accommodate special requests.
- What theme or decoration? Possibilities are endless and our knowledgeable and creative staff will be happy to help. Decorations can be done with fondant, gum paste, air brush, edible image (a picture reproduced on rice paper), and, so often, hand-drawn in colorful buttercream frosting by our talented decorators. Kids love cartoon characters and the themed kits — we have dozens!
- Gourmet Specialties. Don’t forget the selection of ready-made Gourmet Cakes for a memorable and over-the-top dessert. Turtle, chocolate mousse, red velvet, carrot, German chocolate, and gourmet raspberry. Add to the list the popular Ebony and Ivory..torted layers of white and chocolate cake, filled with chocolate Bavarian Creme, covered with chocolate ganache and topped with white chocolate molded flowers. Special order a strawberry chantilly, tiramisu, black forest, Andes mint and watch for our seasonal specialties and new additions.
