Since its beginning, in Peoria, IL, LeBakery has specialized in made-from-scratch delicious and beautiful fresh baked goods. Using old-world recipes brought to Peoria from French bakeries and adding new products constantly, we are truly a full-service bakery. The original owners, Pete and Wanda Hanssen, opened in the Metro Centre in 1985. Christian Palermo, the current owner and baker, is continuing their legacy.

From ricotta-filled cannoli and hand wrapped creamhorns to 20+ kinds of breads; from the ever-popular thumbprint cookies to still-warm pies (if you’re early enough); from breakfast pastries made every morning to luscious, rich cheesecakes and custom decorated cakes; from individual desserts to wedding cakes that feed hundreds — that’s our full-service bakery.  Advance orders are much appreciated!
